We offer a 2 week return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

It must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your Rockeroo arrives damaged or develops a fault:

A replacement, or

A full refund

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may not be accepted if:

The product shows clear signs of heavy use

It has been damaged due to misuse

It is returned without original packaging
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
