2 week Returns

We offer a 2week return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if available).
• Rockeroo is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
